How We Shortlist

All applications we receive are reviewed by the hiring manager and a member of our leadership team. Those who meet our criteria for the role are then shortlisted for an initial screening call.

The Screening Call

While we are headquartered in Dublin City, we are spread throughout Ireland & Europe as a team. This means that all interviews will be held remotely through Zoom. The initial screening call allows us to get to know you better and understand what drives you. We won't be asking much about your technical ability on this call. That will come at the next stage.

The Panel Interview

Here you'll meet with several team members individually throughout the day. We expect that the panel interview will take around 2 hours, and you'll be offered the opportunity to take a break after meeting each interviewer. Each person you meet will have specific questions to ask. You may get some repeat questions, as we don't share feedback on the interview until they've all been completed. The interviewers will try to understand where you fit with Primary Skills, Secondary Skills, Work Ethic and Culture. Depending on the role you've applied for, you may be given a task to undertake throughout the interview process. If this is the case for you, we'll email you the task details an hour before the interview begins so you have ample time to think it through. The purpose here is not to catch you out, but to understand how you work and process feedback.

The Final Interview

The final interview is an opportunity for the interviewer and the candidate to discuss feedback and gather additional details in any areas of uncertainty. After this interview, we will hopefully be in touch with an offer to join the RAID Team.
